The massive rally in bonds is from fears of an impending recession. But the stocks that benefit from low interest rates, like the stocks with high price to sales have not budged. I am looking at buying those stocks, and shorting stock in the DIA that get hurt during economic slow downs.

Big start for a slow week
Today was nearly something to write home about with the SPX down almost 2% and that to kick off what I anticipate as being a rather choppy range bound week. That said, the range is pretty wide. Let’s have a look.
Plans appear underway
We’ve had previous discussions concerning retracement levels for a number of tickers like Corn, Rice, Wheat, Cocoa, Coffee, & Cattle. These levels are now nearing largely across the board so we will soon find ourselves at step two which is execution and management of several of these ideas. Explanation in tonight’s market update.
