You’ve probably heard of a stock picker’s market, but what about a sector picker’s market? With major averages in distribution aka chop, knowing what the heavy weighted sectors are doing will be vital to finding the best setups and understanding what the indices are likely to do next.
With the distribution chop, we are not looking at the markets divided… weakness and “sell the rip” in specific sectors and stocks while others are still bullish and can be bought. The sectors will tell the story and help you build a bullish and a bearish watchlist.
