In part one, we pointed out that when there is a liquid spot market with chart data available, that resolves many of the issues with futures data. The new issues discussed here in part two are similarly solved when charting spot forex instead of forex futures (as an example) or the cash S&P 500 instead of futures (so long as overnight data is not required).
