Who Is Henry Gambell

Senior Managing Director of Options Trading, Simpler Trading®

Henry Gambell is Simpler Trading’s Senior Managing Director of Options Trading. He started out fixing computers at the Geek Squad, with a love of probabilities that led him to John Carter’s door in 2010. John saw a trader in him, trained him, and the two helped build what became Simpler Trading. Henry contributed to the second edition of Carter’s bestseller, Mastering the Trade.

He’s a conservative, directional trader who works the market open every day in the Mastering the Trade room. He’s known for trading off clean levels (Voodoo Lines, Fibonacci, the Squeeze) and keeping things simple. His goal is high-probability income with strictly defined risk and strong risk-to-reward, and he makes it his mission to teach patience, discipline, and getting the most out of the account you actually have.
