Airfare and lodging are not included with your registration. However, we have partnered with the venue and a discounted hotel room block is available for you at $219 per night.
You’re welcome to stay wherever you’d like during your visit to Austin; there are numerous hotels and lodging options located nearby. For your convenience, we have secured a discounted room block at the event space. Staying at the venue makes it easy to attend all event activities and network with fellow attendees.
You’re welcome to attend whichever sessions fit your schedule, although registration covers the full event.
Yes! While some sessions are designed with beginners in mind, others will explore more advanced trading concepts and strategies. If you find a session that goes beyond your current experience level, we encourage you to take notes and revisit the material as your knowledge and skills develop. Although trading is the primary focus, we’ve also planned activities outside the sessions that are enjoyable and accessible for attendees of all experience levels. Whether you’re just getting started or have years of experience, this event is an excellent opportunity to learn, discover new ideas, and connect with a community of passionate traders.
Because we reserve event space and accommodations based on attendance, all registrations are final and cannot be refunded.
We will hold a full-fledged Texas Hold’em Poker Tournament with professional dealers as well as cash prizes for 1st, 2nd, & 3rd place winners. During the Poker Tournament, beverages (including beer & wine) will be served complimentary along with heavy appetizers. There is a $50 buy-in required to take part. Please have cash ready at the door.
No, the Texas Hold’em Poker Tournament is completely optional and is simply a fun opportunity to relax, network, and spend time with traders and other attendees after the market. If you’d rather not play, you’re more than welcome to join as a spectator. Come enjoy the food, drinks, and great company while cheering on the players!
